My name is Wiktoria, and I’m a Personal Trainer and Fitness Coach, originally from Poland and now living my American dream in NYC.

Fitness has always been my passion, and over the years, I’ve helped people discover their inner and outer strength—because let’s be real, it’s all connected. I’ve learned that it’s the small, consistent habits that make the biggest difference.
Trust me, I’ve seen it all—the struggles, the victories, and yes, even the most creative excuses! That’s why I wrote my e-book, Habit Guide, to help you create habits that fit your life—not ones that feel like another chore.
I’m full of energy (like, a lot of energy) and love bringing that spark to everything I do. Some days, we don’t need a perfect workout plan; we just need to take a break from real life and soak up some positivity. I’m here for that—and for you!
